Simple Description
LTZS vacuum feeder is a dust-free closed pipeline transportation equipment that transfers particles and powder materials by means of vacuum suction.

Working Principle
The air pressure difference between the vacuum and the environmental space is used to form a gas flow in the pipeline,which drives the movement of the powdery material and is sent to the cavity of the vacuum feeding machine (the feeding time can be controlled). After the feeding is completed, the top blowback device removes the dust adsorbed on the filter membrane, and at the same time plays the role of breaking the vacuum inside the cavity. The pneumatic bottom valve opens to drop the material into the target container, then close the bottom valve and enter the next cycle.
Function configuration
- Main material: 316L stainless steel.
- Filter membrane material: 316L sintered mesh.
- Backflush type: pneumatic pulse backflush.
- Unloading bottom valve: meet food grade requirements. Sterile blanking butterfly valve and food-grade flap bottom valve are optional.
- Vacuum source: use public engineering vacuum or supporting independent vacuum generator.
- Control mode: PLC touch screen control or PPT pneumatic delay module control.
