Simple Description

LTWTP dust-free feeding and crushing equipment, is an upgraded product of the dust-free feeding station. While solving the dust raising problem during the feeding process, it also conducts dust-free feeding of large agglomerated materials  (such as whole bag agglomerated materials) And broken.
The filter system adopts unique blasting pulse back blowing, high pressure and low flow mode, which does not affect the negative pressure of the feeding port. Complete recovery of material dust and zero loss.

Working Principle

A filter device is installed inside the device to filter out the dust generated in the feeding process and discharge the clean exhaust gas into the atmosphere.
Through the two-stage crushing and the bottom screen, large-scale agglomerated
materials (such as the whole bag of agglomerated materials) are crushed.

The main structure

Feeding crusher is mainly composed of operation platform, feeding bin,anti-drop bag grid, pre-crushing, main crushing, filter, dust-removing fan, screen, falling material reducing diameter, back blowing system and control system.
