Simple Description

In the production process of  LTLD turnover hopper, it can be used together with user hopper elevator, hopper mixer, etc. It can also be used as an independent revolving container, and the entire revolving process is in a sealed state, effectively  preventing dust and cross contamination.

Suitable for pharmaceutical, food and fine chemical industries. Comply with GMP and FDA requirements.

Main Feature

• LTLD turnover hopper is made of  304 or 316L stainless steel.
• All the corners of the inner and outer surfaces are evenly arc-Transitioned,  without  dead  corners  and  residues. 
• The inner surface is highly polished, and the roughness reaches Ra≤0.2μm.
• The outer surface is matt treated, and the roughness reaches Ra≤0.8μm.
• The upper end cover is equipped with a silicone rubber sealing device to ensure the tightness of the turnover hopper.
• Design special butterfly valve with anti-misoperation device to ensure production safety.
• Custom casters are installed at the bottom to protect the self-flowing floor of the cleaning area from damage and no traces of flow
• Turnover hopper size can be customized according to user needs.
