The round tablets can be separated from unqualified defective products through the elimination software, ensuring the quality of the round tablets before leaving the factory.

This product is based on the appearance inspection of different round tablets on the aluminum-plastic blister production line. The machine vision inspection is mainly divided into three parts: image acquisition, image analysis and processing, display results and control. The system mainly consists of industrial computers, industrial cameras, LED light sources and photoelectric sensors, PLC programmable controllers and PCI boards.

Detection process:
The computer host drives the industrial camera (area array CCD/CMOS sensor) through software, but the industrial camera is only in a state of waiting to collect image signals at this time. When the photoelectric sensor does not detect the object, the industrial camera continues to wait to collect images. signal; when the photoelectric sensor detects the passing of the product, it turns on the LED light source and triggers the industrial camera to collect the digital image signal of the component, then turns off the LED light source, and the CCD/CMOS sensor transmits the data to the computer host through the 10G network for image processing. Finally, it is judged whether the object is qualified. If it is not qualified, it is put into the collection box of unqualified products. If it is qualified, the next product is tested.

work process:
The round tablets are transported to the hopper of the round tablet detector through the elevator, and are arranged and transported to the track by the sorting mechanism. When the round tablet reaches the optical fiber sensor, a trigger signal is sent to the light source/camera. When the light source lights up, the camera takes a picture of the round tablet. At this time, the image acquisition card sends the captured image to the image detection software in the PC, and the image detection software performs NG/OK analysis on the image. The analyzed image is sent to the PCI board, and the PCI board is sent to the elimination actuator to eliminate the NG round tablets. OK round tablet will automatically enter the next function position.
