The fully automatic tablet and capsule inspection machine (abbreviated as: tablet inspection machine) can quickly and accurately inspect and classify all types of tablets and all visible defects. (Maximum speed is 200,000 to 360,000 tablets per hour). All sides of the tablet can be inspected: front, back and side (6 sides in total).

1.Unloading mechanis
Pour the tablets to be inspected into the unloading frame of the inspection machine, and the accumulated tablets are divided into four unloading devices. Under the action of the vibrator, they are dispersed into rows and enter the tablet arrangement mechanism. A sensor is installed above the straight vibrator. When there are too many tablets, the vibrator stops working. When there are too few tablets, the vibrator increases its horsepower to achieve full automation of unloading.
2.Tablet unloading mold
4 sets of tablet unloading molds: Different products only need to adjust the position of the unloading mold. It takes no more than 5 minutes and no tools are required.

3.Product inspection (1-5 sides) system
Rows of tablets are captured by the camera in rows with the cooperation of the light source. Pictures that can truly reflect the situation of the tablets are the key step for the tablet inspection machine to successfully inspect tablets. The hardware of the mechanical vision system includes: strip light, camera, and lens. Only when the light source and camera are used together can pictures that meet the requirements of the software algorithm be obtained. The light source and camera will be customized according to the customer's products and needs. This station detects 5 sides of the product at the same time.
4.Rejection system
OK products are captured by the camera, and directly flow into the next station after PC analysis. NG products are rejected at the rejection station.

5.Product flipping system
After the OK products have been inspected by the machine on 5 sides, they enter the flipping system to flip the products. This system is specially designed (patented) to ensure that the products will not be damaged again during the flipping process.
6.Product 6-side inspection
After the OK products are flipped, they are inspected on the 6th side by the 6th camera. The OK products flow into the OK collection box, and the NG products are rejected by the second rejection station.
